In her first three years in real estate, Annie closed over 63 transactions and a total of $37.5M of sales. She prides herself on being a true partner to her clients in navigating a competitive market and uses her deep knowledge of DC real estate and extensive network to give those working with her the edge to succeed. Her clients not only consider her an expert in her field (she is known to introduce her clients to some of the lesser-known neighborhoods!) but also extremely caring and loyal. Her favorite part of working with her clients is educating buyers and sellers on the many components of real estate. It makes her proud when she sees her clients looking out for drainage issues after only a few showings with her!
Before real estate, Annie worked in sales support at a high-value product shipping company and in client relations at a boutique firm that specializes in online event management and concierge services. Prior to getting her real estate license, Annie learned the administrative side of the business in the role of Listing Manager for a busy real estate team. All of these experiences provided her with a deep understanding of customized client needs and the importance of partnership, networking, and meeting client expectations.
Annie lives in NE DC with her son, Jesse and dog, Leo who make her smile ear-to-ear each and every day. In her free time, Annie takes full advantage of the wonderful amenities in the city she lives in, works in and loves dearly!
