3. Contract Negotiation to Settlement
- Qualify Buyers financially
- Ensure proper Documentation is completed: Contract, Disclosures, Jurisdictional Information, etc.
- Negotiate the best price & terms for Sellers
- Schedule/work thru any Contingencies with Buyers and/or their Agents: sale of home, home inspections, termite inspections, appraisals, etc.
- Help Sellers find qualified Contractors to address Buyer’s Home Inspection Items if necessary
- Communicate with Buyers’ Lender to ensure a smooth Settlement
- Communicate with Settlement Attorney to ensure title work is complete and finances are set to settle on property
