Phil Guire, born and raised in Michigan, “Bleeds Maize and Blue.” With several decades under his belt, he is a master of the ever-changing market, a seasoned and excellent negotiator, is well-respected by peers, and maintains a broad and diverse network of contacts that has benefitted clients in surprising ways.

 

He is known equally for his ready smile and for wearing shorts year-round, while his knowledge of the DC metro area would rival that of any cabbie. Phil enjoyed stints in the non-profit world and politics on Capitol Hill before his career in real estate.

The Jeanne Phil Meg Team proudly support over 40 local schools, sports and philanthropies. An accomplished cellist, Phil currently sits on the Capitol City Symphony Board. He is also a founding member of REALE real estate renewable energy group, coach of the Elliot-Hine Middle School swim team, and past President of the Capitol Hill Village.
